How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Francistrail Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Francistrail Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Francistrail Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@francistrail.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Are Not Happy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
